1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition and packaging

  • The product is not a sale or promotional item

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email)

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at contact@banani.co.uk with a photo of the product. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Include your full name, order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)

  • Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
